Much of my time is spent handling corporate, real estate and estate planning matters as well as litigation in those areas.
Over the years, most of our clients have also become friends. For this reason, we are proud that you would take the time to examine our backgrounds, our interests and our passions.
I have recently served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Good Shepard Hospice as well as Chairman of it's Highlands County Advisory Committee. I am proud to serve as Chairman of Highlands Little Theatre's Building Committee. This is a continuing commitment as a founder of the Theatre over 25 years ago. I also serve as a member of the Sebring Community Redevelopment Agency.
My interest in public service follows my 25 years as General Counsel to the School Board of Highlands County, Florida and service as President of the Florida School Board Attorney's Association. I have served as Highlands County Campaign manager for most recent Gubernatorial and Presidential Republican Candidates including Jack Eckerd, Governor Martinez, Governor Bush and Tom Gallagher. I recently served as Regional and Highlands County Chairman of George W. Bush for President Committee and a member of the National Republican Lawyers Association. I have served as President of the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, and Chairman of the Sebring Airport Authority. I was named citizen of the year by the United Way in 2003.
We positively believe in SERVICE to the client and the community.
However, I am most proud of my lovely wife, Sue, and our two wonderful children, Audra and Amy.
